Dear Friends,
     What a great week in glorious San Diego it’s going to be after our rain.  We’ll have moderate temperatures, sunshine and lots of fresh oxygen from all the trees and plants happy after their watering.  All good reasons to be sure you stay healthy and fit with lots of diverse fruits and vegetables (geez, I’m worse then a parent! Always nudging).
     Let’s talk bok choy (or bok choi).  Take a quick look at this link,Miracle Broccoli Family – Bok Choy to see the nutritional benefits..and besides all of that, it’s delicious and easy to prepare.  Here are a few ideas:
     The farm is bursting out with flowers and nature’s bounty.  We’ll have a good supply of asparagus for this week and the chickens are producing again so take advantage and order from our Seabreeze Green Store.
