Sesame tahini sauce
This tahini recipe is pretty much straight from The Arab Table by May Bsisu. Contributed by Larry Christian, a CSA member.
Put garlic, tahini and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes firm.
Slowly add water and whisk until mixture reaches the consistency of light cream.
Add salt and blend in.
Taste and adjust the balance of flavors as needed.
Serve at room temperature.
