Dinner with Seabreeze ingredients

Thanks For your continued service and superb products Stephenie.  I have two things to share:

On Aug. 16 we hosted a dinner party for 2 other couples.  Everything I cooked except the salmon was from “the farm”.  Beets, collard greens, onions, salad greens with grapefruit and blueberries, sweet potatoes, etc.  Everyone loved the meal and all are looking in to CSA’s now!  One will likely come to you, but the other couple lives in Fallbrook.

Last night we wanted to make a “quick” meal using the spaghetti squash.  I looked online for pressure cooking instructions – 8 min in the pressure cooker and it was better than any other way I have ever fixed it!  A real find.  BTW – I think a pressure cooker is a life saver for any true vegetarian/vegan.  Beans, beets, squash, and other things that normally take so long are a snap and you don’t lose any flavor!
