April 17, 2017 Flowers and more!
Never cut a tree down in the wintertime. Never make a negative decision in the low time. Never make your most important decisions when you are in your worst moods. Wait. Be patient. The storm will pass. The spring will come.

Dear Friends,
Hope everyone had a lovely Sunday. It was a beautiful day.
Evenings are still cool enough to turn the oven on as there are several items in your delivery for this week that are delicious when baked.
I have found a good link for easily checking for recipe ideas based on what you have at hand. Let me know if you like it or know of a better one.
For some of you that have been asking about some of our herbs and flowers, here is a partial list:
Nasturtiums, alstroemerias (many colors), scented geraniums, fever few, chamomile, Cecile Brunner roses, green poppy pods, for-get-me-not’s, calendulas, digitalis, sweet peas, iris’, mints, lemon verbena, ‘cinnamon’ leaves, datura, mignonette, roses, fresh bay leaf, rosemary, lavenders, ladies mantel, jasmine, salvia, French sorrel, thyme, wisteria, mugwort, daises, yellow columbines, and many more!
Some of these are fleeting so order soon. All bunches or containers are $14.00.
We’ve still got some of our incredible local honey. Be sure to restock or try this favorite of ours. Local honey is touted for warding off colds and buffering against allergies and it’s just plain good.
