Dear Friends,
Looks like we’re still in for a few more days of this heat only with humidity added as a bonus. Why do the best vegetables for canning have to be ready when the temperature is peaking?
We’ve dusted off the grill and once again, pleased with how good vegetables are when grilled. Even all the sliced squash disappears!
Broccoli is one of those vegetables that’s easy to steam but gets real boring after a time or two – especially when it’s easy to over cook. Here are some delicious ideas for grilling:
