Dear Friends,

     A hearty ‘Thank You’ to our group of CSA shareholders coming on Saturday’s to help out.  We pulled weeds (of course), harvested carrots, made marvelous distilled scented waters for refreshing facial sprays, spread thick straw for moisture retention, seeded new spring flowers and a myriad of other chores.  Good companions!

     We have a steady count right now of about 8 families a week receiving our good food and I think we can do so much better.  There are a number of families on a ‘wait and see’ list.  You can sponsor a family either through the Hungry Heroes selection in our Green Store or through www.produce4patriots.com (started by one of our very own shareholders) or just call or email me with what you’d like to do.
