Instructions
- Put garlic, tahini and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes firm.
- Slowly add water and whisk until mixture reaches the consistency of light cream.
- Add salt and blend in.
- Taste and adjust the balance of flavors as needed.
- Serve at room temperature.
